My Everest

A piece reflecting on the long and difficult journey of beginning my medical transition. I challenged myself to use my basic knowledge of blender to help keep the perspective and proportions accurate. I now have a far better understanding of the program from an illustrators point of view. The lighting was challenging to figure out, as the scene is entirely submersed in liquid

3D model of the scene I blocked out based on a preliminary sketch. The proportions for the human figure were referenced from Andrew Loomis
